Resarch of universal data acquisition system rule-based

Data acquisition provides timeliness, reliable, fully-formed network raw data for upper level of network management system, is a foundation of the network management system. In view of the difficult present situation of data acquisition in telecommunication network, this paper presents a general rule-based data acquisition system, builds the unified platform, and realizes the effective data acquisition for the different data source. While change take place in consumer required, we can achieve a flexible and effective data collection with the control of rule, which greatly satisfies the user need and has an important practical significance.
