Abstract
The Silvar-Lisco SL2000 suite of programs is one of the commercial software design tools which has been made available to all academic institutions participating in the ECAD initiative. Facilities are provided which allow a designer to proceed for interactive schematic entry at a graphics terminal through to generation of gate array artwork. The library support for target devices is very limited at present and this paper describes the route to fabrication on Texas Instruments (TI) TAHC gate arrays
