Abstract
Measuring of AFC devices with far-spaced input and output requires greater lengths of coaxial cables. Because of cable loss (especially in UHF range) dynamic range of AFC measuring is decreasing. The device proposed provides signal transfer to the device measured via optical fiber with minimum loss (by laser DFB-1310 nm radiation rate modulation using sweep-frequency generator). Optical signal reverse conversion into electric signal is carried out before the device measured
