Presents the parameters of the following transistors: the SD 1476 for Bands I and II (55-88 MHz) with a power output POUT of 240 W; SD 1483 for FM (88-108 MHz) with POUT=250 W; SD 1485 for Band III (170-230 MHz) with POUT=200 W; and SD 1492 for Bands IV and V (470-860 MHz) with POUT=150 W. The advances in the transistors and the die characterisation data that was required to optimise the device parameters for best application performance are also covered
