Abstract :
In order to measure strain of helicopter rotor blades impacted by bird, a dynamic strain measurement system based on temporary high-speed storage is presented. By identify the moment of bird impact to rotor blades on line, strain of bird impact in the whole process is collected and stored in a non-volatile SRAM at the sampling rate of 200 kHz. Using wireless data transmission, systempsilas operation mode is controlled, and strain data is shown in PC machine of the assistant device on ground in sub-real time. The tests indicate that the system satisfies strain measurement of bird impact to rotor blades in revolving condition, and can be used intensity research on rotor blades impacted by bird.
