The following topics were dealt with: 0.5 to 3.0 GHz monolithic GaAs amplifier; 15 W 14.0 to 14.5 GHz power amplifier; 30 GHz low noise amplifier; software generation of microwave transistor amplifier circuits; bilinear transformation for broadband microwave amplifier design; K-band (18-26.5 GHz) Gunn VCO for high capacity radio systems; synthesized sources for VSAT frequency converter; K-band (30 GHz) image rejection mixer; linear varactor upconverters for digital microwave radio; and 60 GHz integrated RF subsystem. Abstracts of individual papers can be found under the relevant classification codes in this or other issues
