Abstract
There are two challenges faced by orgnizational knowledge managemet: low efficiency of machine in processing knowledge and high cost of man when sharing own key knowledge within his organization. The semantic web technology improves the efficiency by machine readable knowledge representation and web2.0 theory cuts the cost through nurturing a mass-collabrative, self-organized and meta-synthesitive knowledge ecosystem. A new knowledge processing framework which integrates semantic web with web 2.0 is proposed and its core hypothese, main characteristics and basic framework are discused based on making a deep analysis of relationships between semantic web and web2.0.
