Under network operating conditions, unexpected events in the subway can cause the group to die or wound, bring serious property damage and even affect the normal operation of the whole network. The location allocation of emergency service facilities has become a critical link in the fast and efficient emergency rescue process after the accident. Therefore, on the condition of subway network, the paper has defined the Subway Emergency Network, established the location allocation model for emergency service facilities, and use genetic algorithms to solve the model. Finally, an example is given for the application under the background of Tianjin Subway.
