Abstract :
Exporting enterprises play a very important part in international trade as well as in the economy of their countries. When exporting, they represent not only their companies but also their countries. To hold a position in the world market, they have to compete with their competitors in their domestic markets and with the rivals in the international market as well. Then, what is an exporting enterprise? What are the barriers to their exporting? What are the major problems existing in exporting enterprises? How do the exporting enterprises deal with the problems and how do they innovate in their management strategy? This paper discusses all these questions and also draws the following conclusion based on the above: exporting enterprises must analyze both internal and external environments, i.e. finding their advantages and disadvantages, analyzing their domestic markets and the international market to find opportunities and threats, find the main existing problems, and innovate in products, technology, brands, marketing, settlement modes, and markets. Only by so doing, can they succeed, and can they develop sustainably under the international environment.
