Abstract :
After analyzing operating principle of class C resonance power amplifier, the design of class D resonance power amplifier met the application demand of radio frequency therapeutic equipments was accomplished. Its circuit was proved feasible by the analog simulation and experiment. The design of class D resonance power amplifier improved operating efficiency, simplified much circuit, offset the impact of operating efficiency made by the variable load impedance.
