Abstract
The spectral domain technique, expressed as Fourier-Bessel (Hankel) or Sommerfeld integrals (SI), is used to set up a dynamical model for the microstrip. The SI are solved via an efficient algorithm based on decomposing part of the integrand in Chebyshev polynomials. The method is particularly well suited to solve the electric field integral equation for the surface current. Comparison with published results are made which proves the validity of the method
