Abstract
The principle of Gabor series representation is used to represent induced currents and reflector geometries in a confocal reflecting system. An efficient method to determine the scattered fields, based on an analytical development of the field integrals, is presented. The data localisation due to the Gabor representation and the stationary phase method, are combined in order to obtain the scattered field
