Abstract :
Briefly introduces the significance of research on controlled five-rod mechanism and lists the common low-pair of it, studied mainly on the controlled five-rod RRRPR mechanism which has a revolute-pair to make stable movement and a prismatic-pair to do corresponding compensate movement to meet the requirements. Use VC and OpenGL, based on advanced generation algorithm, to developed a controlled five-rod RRRPR mechanism visual system, this system can make mechanism simulation and analyze on condition given movement parameters, and also can do converse optimize design to recur several fixed points track; this system gives stronger support for theory researches and applications of the controlled five-rod RRRPR mechanism.
