  • Abstract
    The practical performance of the controller in the air-conditioning system is very important to the whole system. Although the traditional PID controller is widely used in a variety of industrial production situations and has achieved successful applications, it is only suitable for the analysis and design of the linear system, and it´s unable for the analysis and design of the air-conditioning system which is time-delay and nonlinear. In this paper, a self-adaptive fuzzy PI control strategy is proposed to be used in the air-conditioning system. Simulation results and the practical control effect prove that the compound control structure possesses better performance than the conventional control method and satisfactory effects have been obtained.
