  • Abstract
    This paper describes a novel method for the simulation of large-signal S-parameters. This method requires only one harmonic balance analysis and can be directly implemented in commercial microwave design software. Large-signal S12 and S22 can be optimized directly by using this method for the first time. The simulation results are compared with those obtained from a traditional method
