Abstract :
Resonance and non-resonance stimulated transition coefficients for a system with relaxation are derived. The resonance stimulated transition coefficient was used for calculation of the laser spectrum. The non-resonance stimulated transition coefficients are used for explanation of the observed many-mode spectrum of long lasers
