Abstract :
Sensor is an important part of the camera module, dead pixels of which affect the image quality to a very great extent, so the production process requires an effective method to detect the dead pixels of sensor. This paper analyzed the characteristics of sensor imaging and researched dead point detection methods, from manual interpretation method and then given an algorithm program interpretation. Integrated to propose a scientific program, which has a positive meaning for improving the detection efficiency and optimize product quality, to detect the dead points of sensor.
