  • Abstract
Sustainable Equilibrium Evaluation (SEE) is a kind of project evaluation approach combined with the concept of sustainable development. It measures the economic, social and ecological value of project by using the equilibrium of option game, reciprocal fairness and risk aversion, thus determining the feasibility of Outsize Engineering Project (OEP). By utilizing the sustainable equilibrium evaluation model, the economic, social and ecological value of Three Gorges Project can cross-reference within a framework of unified equilibrium analysis. Moreover, the judgment for the feasibility of the corresponding project will also be given a more reasonable foundation of agent rational behavior.
