Abstract
Nowadays receivers of active phase array find wider application in radar, navigation and communication systems. Such receiver includes discrete phase shifter and driver. A phase error and compression factor for difference driver is measured. Phase error is less than 5 degrees for receivers´ ensemble. Compression factor less than 1.0 dB on a level -45 dBW is obtained. The correct choice of phase shifter circuit and driver reduces receiver manufacture cost.
