Abstract :
Results of design and fabrication of transceiver modules for X-band active phased array antenna are presented in the paper. The first module (PA-LNA) has transmitter line, that consists of power amp and preamplifier with variable gain and stable phase (PVGS), and receiver line, that consists of protect, LNA and PVGS. The second module is two-channel multistep phase shifter.
