Abstract :
In the cyclic utilization of waste tires, the pricing mechanism is the basic condition for establishing circular economy. The paper proposes a diagram of prcing mechanism according to China´s present state to standardize and theorize it. The paper analyzes the sections and objects in the diagram, defining three basic sections as a charging chain I, charging chain II and funds collecting. It also sets up the relationship among consumer, tire sourcer, and automotive sourcer. Furthermore, it advances some legal regulations about the pricing mechanism and possible problems and measures in the three sections, then presents the distinguishing features of the three respectively and makes a simple evaluation of the pricing mechanism. As a result, it has made out the complete design of the pricing mechanism in waste tires, which is proved to be effective and feasibile. At the same time, the collection of charges has obtained quantitatively during the operation of this pricing mechanism.
