  • Abstract
    Considering some practical problems in traditional adjusting eccentricity in high speed lapping by hand, this paper proposes a new method of controlling lapping eccentricity by computer control technique. With this method, the eccentricity is adjusted automatically and the place between the workpiece and lapping tool is set appropriately according to the requirements that an operator inputs. By means of this method the automation level of lapping machine is increased, the work load of operator is reduced and the reliability and security of lapping process are improved.
