Abstract

At present, the risk of local government debt has become a serious threat to China´s economic security and social stability. Based on the characteristics of the local government´s own, selected the targeted indicators of debt risk assessment and used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to operate these indicators. Finally we have built the early warning system of the local government debt risk. It implements qualitative description and quantitative analysis of the local government debt operational status, and it provides decision support for the risk management of the local government debt.
