Abstract
Based on multi-layer state space model, the paper proposes a five-layer energy information hierarchical model, and presents a rank normal cloud conversion model to complete the transforming between energy grade and value. To meet the demands of the research, the rank conversion cloud includes two parts, the single energy rank conversion cloud and the integrated energy rank conversion cloud. Finally, the experiment shows that the model can better solve uncertainty problems of the fuzziness brought by grading and randomness along with investigation, and its practicality is better.
