Abstract
The use of supply chain management is not mature generally in business, and especially in the service sector. Studies of tourism supply chains or their equivalents, such as tourism value chains or tourism industry chains, have been limited. Therefore, this paper is mainly to discuss on the relationship of service supply chain practices in tourism industry in Malaysia. Due to the problems defined, this research need to investigate and examine the aspects that are the key elements to keep and help the industry to be sustained.
