Abstract
With the gradual deepening of China´s reform and opening up, and with the increasing disparities of inter-regional industries formed in recent years, China´s regional industrial restructuring is becoming imperative at the current stage. In the present stage and under the situation of the reduced marginal investment returns caused by labor costs, resources and environment bottleneck in China´s eastern economic development, speeding up the industrial restructuring, strengthening the inter-regional coordinated development, optimizing the industrial structure in eastern China, encouraging the coordinated development of industrial restructuring in midwestern China, implementing the intensive economic development, continuously strengthening the use of comparative advantage, and changing the economic growth pattern are the objectives of China´s current industrial restructuring and inter-regional co-ordination. And those objectives will inject new impetus to the sustainable development of China´s economy as well as drive the Chinese economy to continue to grow rapidly.
