Abstract :
The researches of metrology parameters of microwave signal amplitude, frequency and insertion phase noise meter are carried out for two calibration methods. The measuring error is determined by an installation and measurement by spectral methods error of modulation parameter for microwave calibration signal. Practically, usage of the offered calibration unit allows removing an error dependent on analyzing frequency, and reducing error dependent on value of an input signal. Also the sensitivity of three kinds noise of microwave signal measurements with the help of a designed meter MNM 78-118 are determined
