Abstract :
In order to effectively improve the identification precision of the submersible motor temperature sensorless, The long cable parameter perturbation analysis theory is applied to the submersible motor temperature identification, Firstly this paper uses the distributed parameter method for the analysis of cable parameters distribution, then building and simplifying the model of long cable, rotor and stator in the submersible motor with SolidWorks. Because SolidWorks and ANSYS has a good interface, which can be sheathed cables, submersible motor model into ANSYS, therefore we can get the submersible motor and cable´s temperature distribution maps by using the ANSYS thermal field analysis function, finally comparing the simulation results with the measured data to verify the theory that is presented in this paper.
