Abstract
In this study, the characteristic and fabrication of a photoelectrochromic (PEC) cell were researched. In order to investigate the optimal coloration of PEC cell, fabricating titanium dioxide (TiO2) colloid with different parameters on photoelectrode in PEC cell is necessary. Two electrodes both were fabricated on flexible substrates by screen printing technique. Further, tungsten trioxide (WO3) was utilized as an electrochromic layer. The transmittance of PEC cell was measured by UV-visible spectrophotometer, which decreased from 80 % to 2 % for 1 minute at near infrared range under illumination. Finally, the conversion efficiency of the flexible dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) is 1.74%.
