Abstract :
In this paper, periodic poling localized in the body of Ti in-diffused ridge waveguides (Ti:PPLN) on X-cut LiNbO3 (LN) is reported and the high waveguide quality by efficient second harmonic generation (SHG) is also demonstrated.
