  • Abstract
    We present a single fiber reflectance confocal microscope with a 2D MEMS gimbaled scanner. Achieved lateral and axial resolutions are 1.0times1.4 mum and 19 mum, respectively. The field of view is 140times100 mum at 8 frames/second.
