Abstract :
According to detailed analysis, the manufacturing unit (MU) is introduced, and a kind of its architecture is proposed. It realizes the integration of traditional separated CAD, CAM and CAPP, and has the character of flexible and higher productivity. Then method of validating the system is presented. Based on total requirements, the key techniques of CNC based on Windows technique and Internet/Intranet are explained in detail. Driving bevel gear of beam body is cited to testify feasibility of the techniques discussed in this paper, and the result is prospective
