Abstract :
At present, the Web resources description methods are mainly used for viewing and retrieving text; these methods are not suitable for exchanging and processing mass information. This article describes a Web resources description model based on RDF which encompasses simple semantic information, with this model Web resources could be handled by computer automatically and the utilization of Web resources could be improved. This dissertation studies several key techniques, including the classification of Web resources and their metadata; the construction of RDF Graph; RDF/XML syntax encodes RDF graphs.
