Abstract :
The optimal control algorithm of first-order time-delay plant is used based. The observer is applied to the first-order plant with Time-Delay in feedback loop. The analysis of the robust stability is given. The conditions for robust control are given. The robust control upper limit and parameters are explored. The simulation results show that time-delay systems controlled by this method has good robustness with parameters varying in large-scale changes.
