Abstract
A mathematical model of the industrial load-controlled consumer for an active load management is proposed and developed. Use of storage units between plant shops permits short power limitations without violation of the normal plant work. The model includes linear and nonlinear constraints, but is transformed into the linear programming problem. The target function is determined as a maximal power limitation time or the minimal cost of the limitation, depending on the power system requirements. A model example is built using the data of the real cotton plant
