  • Abstract
    In this paper the results of distance acoustic investigations in ocean are discussed. Wide band parametric arrays with constant directivity and small dimensions, relative to linear arrays, can be applied for hydrophysical measurements. The equation for location of hydrophysical inhomogeneities by parametric equipment is considered. The characteristics of non-linear interaction was calculated and parameters of parametric array was determined. The parametric hydroacoustic equipment for hydrophysical investigations was made in Taganrog State Radioengineering University. This equipment was used for experimental measurements in ocean. Some experimental results of hydrophysical homogeneities investigations by parametric acoustic equipment are presented
