  • Abstract
    The effect of EMP on mouse embryonic limb bud cells is observed. Mouse embryonic limb bud cells were exposed to EMP during cultures. Neutral red uptake bioassay and alcian blue uptake bioassay were used to observe the proliferation and differentiation of the cells respectively. The proliferation index and differentiation index of control group are lower than that of EMP-treated group. EMP exposure may influence the proliferation and differentiation of mouse embryonic limb bud cells
