Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In the paper, the fuzzy neural network method is introduced into the field of enterprise performance evaluation in order to overcome the deficiencies of the traditional methods. We reference the state-owned capital performance evaluation index system, issued by The Ministry of Finance and other six ministries and commissions, to build evaluation index of this paper, propose and employ a hierarchical evaluation method based on fuzzy neural network,which first trains the financial indicators by BP neural network and trains the non-financial indicators by fuzzy neural network, Then builds another fuzzy neural network evaluation model to obtain the final evaluation results of the enterprise. The experimental results show that this method is effective, feasible and has higher accuracy.
