Abstract :
A technique for improving phase-less measurements for holographic imaging is presented. By interchanging the radiated reference wave with a synthesized internal signal, the hologram can be further exploited by enabling advanced control of the reference. Furthermore the reference is acquired along side its opposite-phase, which not only improves the acquisition time in certain holographic schemes, but also introduces new possibilities since it can be used to remove the average value of certain signals. Reconstruction of a target image by means of In-Line Holography is reported at X-Band.
