Abstract
The target model, the background model and the infrared radiation model of armored vehicles in motion in a complex background were built through mixed three-dimensional modeling of the target based on 3Dmax and background image modeling approach. The image with characteristics of infrared radiation was generated by scene synthesis, coordinate transformation, projection conversion and grayscale conversion using VC++ and OpenGL programming based on the established scene model. This method has the characteristics of fast computing, realistic picture, good interactive performance and customizing easily.
