Abstract :
The paper makes comparison between the evaluation method using segmented indexes and fuzzy function analysis method,and presents AHP and the fuzzy function analysis method roughly. The evaluation system for traffic congestion rating in the research is determined according to the main principles widely used at home and abroad. In the last,the paper demonstrates the theories mentioned before by using actual data of a city to conduct a case study.
