Abstract
In this paper we introduce a new speech encryption that does not need frame synchronization. In this new concept the encryption system has a buffer, and encryption core is based on permutation using Hadamard matrices. A low complexity encryption and decryption method based on the special structure of the Hadamard matrices and FFT would be introduced. Getting rid of frame synchronization, flexibility in adding new permutations, powerful encryption and decryption without latency are most advantages of this new concept. Finally some comparative results of encryption would be introduced.
