Abstract :
A compact dual-polarization stacked patch antenna array with low side-lobe is proposed. The antenna prototype printed onto an F4B printed circuit board (PCB) with an overall size of 250 mm × 80 mm × 5.46 mm achieves desirable performance of gain larger 11 dBi, return loss larger than 10 dB, and side-lobe lower than -20 dB over the frequency of 5.85-5.95 GHz, for vertical and horizontal polarizations.
