Abstract :
This paper deals with the simulation of SAR raw-data. The processing includes two parts, the first part is the rectification of the original SAR images according to the system parameters of the simulated radar, this rectification algorithm is a combination of distribution-characteristics analysis and fractal analysis. The second part is the transformation from the SAR image to the SAR raw-data. The whole simulation method simulates the major image characteristics such as local speckle effect, local reflection intensity and resolution; and simulates the major errors in the reflection raw-data. It has been examined with satellite-borne and air-borne SAR data, showing a good simulation result
