Abstract :
This report will cover a 20kHz bandwidth oversampled analog - to - digital converter with a digital filter. Triple integration noise shaping based on multistage delta sigma quantizers sampled at 2.5MHz has been achieved. The device has been implemented in 2μ CMOS with a 5.4×9.0mm die.
