Abstract
This study proposed technical methods for complex knowledge process development for the management of complex knowledge. A complex knowledge process engine carries out the roles of classification, registration, search, pattern information management of complex knowledge and takes charge of the data flow and processing between the complex knowledge storage and users. The complex knowledge process engine carried out functions such as data search and extraction, data collection and output, data addition and warning, data saving and registration, request and delivery. The complex knowledge process engine design for a recommendation system to be developed by this study enables work and learning to occur simultaneously by suggesting various contents for users timely at industrial sites and can help promote learning productivity by visualizing timely knowledge in real time.
