  • Abstract
    A laser diode interferometer for small displacement measurement in a low frequency range was constructed using two Acoustooptic Tunable Filters with slightly different frequencies of the diffracted light. A sound pressure measurement of the condenser microphone using a combination of a polarization maintaining fiber and this laser diode interferometer are proposed for application.
