Abstract
This paper presents an analysis of the effects of non-ideal driving signal in two-phase voltage multipliers. The effect of the finite fall/rise time of control signals is taken into account by a simple model. The nonlinear dependence of the output voltage on the output current is also pointed out, and design guidelines for maximum-efficiency voltage multipliers are derived. Simulations in 0.13-mum technology confirm the validity of the model
