Abstract :
The paper presents the definition of a perfect punctured binary array (matrix) pair and some combinatorial admissibility conditions for searching the perfect punctured binary array pair; some results of searching are listed. Like the perfect binary array and ternary array, construction methods of perfect punctured binary array pairs are proposed.
