Abstract :
This paper set up a web-based intelligent information service platform of scientific research, achieved automatic information collection, unscrambling, analysis and excavation based on a variety of academic database at home and abroad, implemented the co-word analysis and co-citation analysis of the joined literatures, and subject knowledge structure of the targeted research field was revealed to some extent. The method of social network analysis was used to mine the network structure of cooperative relationship and the potential cooperative relationship between the researchers, then the core research group of the targeted field could be found. We used the indicators of bibliometrics and social network analysis to evaluate the expert in the specific field, and can provide information services and decision-making support to the scientific researchers and the department of research management.
